Saw the Daily Express foyer, but the most interesting building we unexpectedly (walked past and had a peek) toured was the city's main Mason's Lodge. Very unassuming building outside, but quite impressively decorated inside. I'd highly recommend it.

Thanks for the info on Donnybrook Quarter - actually more for its name. I had been wondering.

I don't really like it, it looks out of place and soon it will be covered in graffiti or just plain dirty, white just won't last. One good thing...there happens to be a shoe shop on the ground floor
