Abondance, Bleu d'Auvergne, Emmental de Savoie, Livarot, Morbier, Tomme de Savoie and Valençay are all delicieux. ...and the others probably are too.

But we can't even get Cheddar protected.

I didn't even know Cher had a cellar much less a cheese. Wow, the things you learn on DG.

PS Aromalot is genius.

noel, there is one incredibly nice one that this place did, it was a soft goats cheese covered in cracked peppercorns - yummy, wish I could track down something like that here

I regret to inform you that Selles doesn't mean cellar.
