Red square - 13.8 sceonds. Devilish! |
24.3 seconds! |
ooh 24.05 secs - I used my essential oils to prepare for this challenge, hence the good time. |
There appears to be an O2 mast in my bedroom from what I can gather. |
On a good day: lower 30's; on a bad day lucky if I get it past 17. |
Wherever did they get the mapping for the mobile phone database? The one for this area is several decades out of date - still showing railway lines that have not been here since before 1979. Very odd. |
Excellent my nearest apears to be within the grounds of Whipps Cross Hospital.... saving costs on radiation treatments I suppose. |
Grief, you've got 10 friends now! I hope your parents know you are engaging in online friendship activities. You can't be too careful these days after all |
If you are a mobile phone user then I would argue that you are fortunate in having a four mobile phone masts near your home. A nearby mast that you take advantage of is less bad for your health than one further away. The main, unverified, not proved, danger is in having a transmitting device next to your head - not the mast in the distance. If you have a mast nearby then you phone does not need to transmit such a strong signal to communicate with the mast and you are less affected by a very close radiation source. Well thats my theory anyway. |
I tried onelook reverse dict. for phrase "web searh" and as most relevant result I got "convention of london" ?!? Google was No.2. |
34.55 seconds. That one did the rounds in the office ages ago. |
The reverse dictionary is a very, very Good Thing. Ta for the link. |
18.375 secs. Not bad, considering two hours ago I was finishing up a gallon of beer. |
Not sure if my crappy computer was slowing the game down, but I managed 67 seconds quite easily on my first go. So, it's either the computer, or there's a career out there for me. Of some sort. |
As I live opposite a telephone exchange it is no surprise to see 3 masts there. On second thoughts, it is, as there are loads of masts, presumably for Emergency Services radio and all that stuff. |
20.359 it gets easier |
I was quite pleased with my 19.688 seconds 'til I saw the other comments! |
