The Boston Tea Party was all about taxation without representation, and I feel that because:
(a) Less than 20\\% of the votors in your constituency voted for him, ie he has not been democratically elected by any common sense definition of democratically, and (b) rahter than attending the important cross-rail debate in the Commons, which affects your constituency, he is publicising himself by criticising models etc.,
you have a strong case not to pay as much income tax and council tax as people fortunate enough to live in different constituencies. And if John Prescott can get away with non-payment of Council tax for so long, I don't think it would be fair to treat you any differently should you rightly decide to withhold payment from now on.
