Not sure whether these are IN our OUT: "Value Chain", "Point of inflection", "Tipping Point", "End to end" - I'm sure more will come to me throughout the day.

*falls off chair*

taking that into my next commercial director's meeting

"Let's hammer a few ideas into the ground and see which one the nice dog pisses up."

Use it. Use it today.

I'm almost sad that I work in a job where I never come across such terms. Ever.

Almost. But lack of exposure to jargon-spouting idiots has its merits.

The in words in the office I work in are things like "bloody kids", "shut up", "stupid kids".

Yep, I work in an independent school. And the kids are *lovely*. Parents are even more so.

Interested to hear if the speaker who used paradigm will use the word holistic on the second day? Two words which are on my cringe list

Also, what about –brain dump-.
No it’s not rude, it’s when you are expected to shout as many silly suggestions –off the wall-. There’s another one !!.
Oh how I do NOT miss that false world where like the emperors clothes story, you -toe the line- -sing the company anthem - and get into a pub as soon as possible to regain your sanity and self respect. You have my sympathy DG.

peter - *points to wording at top of DG's comment box*

My director is (in)famous around here for asking for a 'one-liner' when he wants to know what's going on but doesn't have the time to find out. I have yet to learn how to say "It's all going really well" to whatever the question is.

I'm going to a marketing strategy meeting tonight for an arts centre I'm on the board of and will attempt to use a lot from the left - cheers DG.

We will also be using "inclusive" "cross cultural" "value based" (as opposed to value added) and "accessible"

no brainer
