Oops. We've got one trial bendy bus in town at the moment, but it's on a route I've never needed to use and is on the whole a novelty. They strike me as a bizarre alternative to double deckers, except where low bridges prevent their use (only a couple of routes).

Do they not have to have public consultations before completely removing such parking?

They did send us a letter (15 months ago), and it did provide an address to write to if we had any comments or questions about the proposed changes, but there was nothing to suggest our comments might actually have had some influence on the outcome.
