Actually its very easy to find if you follow the brown signs (there are no blue ones but loads of brown ones!). Obviously you are entitled to whatever opinion you formed and I am disappointed that it wasn't better. However most of our visitors do spend a lot longer than 30 minutes in the museum and the vast majority comment favourably.
