the monstrous carbuncle on the left may look dismal for the outside but the interior is great and complements the exhibits very well (certainly in comparison with the main building galleries which have the feel of a victorian boudoir - or a seventies indian restaurant - and all the ambience of a post-beeching BR waiting room with their flocked wallpaper - except they didnt usually have flocked wallpaper i know!) They would make an ideal studio set if Hammer Studios are looking for locations disjointed i know but you did say empty your brain and unfortunately that's how it all spilled out :o) oh did i mention - i actually sort of like the monstrous carbuncle extension :o) |
