Aw man....

But just as poignant with a second reading.

Sometimes you get to do the "single" thing even when you're coupled.

Oh, it reads better every time (er, I think). Hmm. Ah. Anyway, nice weather we're having.

So true - I am about to enter my 4th year of singledom. Problem is, I've got too used to it and "forget" that I should be out looking for my other half.

Why does one need an other half anyway? I seriously can't be bothered any more, it was never worth it. Loved and lost, and retired.

Is the grass always greener? I am very happily married (no, honestly) and I sometimes find myself thinking 'if I was single I could move to Barbados on a whim' etc etc forgetting that I'd probably never do those things if I was single anyway.

Six years here! No one would put up with me now, so I've stopped even thinking about it.

Do you mind if I "steal" this and show it to a couple of people ?

Single: You can blog away to your heart's content without anyone thinking you're sad and geeky.
Coupled: Your partner tells you blogging is grounds for divorce. Besides you've got them to talk to.

i see the future...and the past..but not dead people..how odd..

Excellent.

hmm...issues...moving on... mutter mutter ..peanut brittle

I'm glad you posted it again. It's food for thought that I might have missed otherwise.

Firstly, wots an URL?
Secondly, 10 years of singledom for me. Not a sniff on the horizon. So i'm selfish now - so what?!!! I can have all the posters of hunky men all over my house without the hassle that goes with them!!
