Mince pies are available almost all year round from Sainsburys. I love them - they are probably even more enjoyable 'out of season'!
They disappear for most of Jan/Feb but then reappear in 'plain' boxes of six alongside the various fruit pies in the cake dept. They then disappear for a while in Sept only to quickly reappear in 'xmas' packaging.
I don't have any during the autumn as I refuse to buy anything Christmas related until December.
