CPNS has been ruined by
a) the deletion of over a hundred numbers by the DVLA to sell at inflated prices (like 1-20, 200, 222 etc)and
b) the whole system's replacement by the unmemorable modern system, in which plenty of letter combinations are still omitted (FUK, no doubt). Anything with a vowel in the middle is extremely rare (BOB, RAY etc).
Off to Routemaster 50!

I found the CPNS blog just before going to the Borders and was delighted to find that, there, I could get up to 6 or 7 in a matter of hours. Then I gave up.

I started about 3 weeks ago and am up to 10. Not that great, but I just know I'll be keeping my eye out for the next number. Even if I don't really want to.

I'm also a fan of 'Warming Up', it was one of the blogs that got me blogging. If you haven't already you should also try Emma Kennedy's blog which is the same format and equally good (it is linked from Warming Up).
As for car numberplates, I am trying not to start spotting them, for fear of not being able to stop and being driven half-insane in the process.
