The Serpentine Art Gallery and Round Lake are in Kensington Gardens though?

Officially yes. I bet you couldn't find one tourist who'd know the difference though.

hyde park is not very cruisy though. therefore pandering to the non-mo element. the disneyland of cruising parks is hampstead (i've heard). Though the heath is probably not classed as a park.

I always thought there should be a Jekyll Park somewhere too - a sort of alter-ego of parks.

Heh, heh, very good tortturette.... I like it.

i've never actually seen a dog owner using a bin. my best pair of slingbacks got ruined the other day when i slipped in a turd in regents park. the smell actually made me heave (even from the skid left down the fabric after i'd tried to remove it) and i had to throw them out. it spoiled my day.

i don't get the whole dog turd thing at all really. i mean, most people will walk past a length on the pavement without giving it a moment's thought, a common hazard of urban living. but what if it was a pound cake laid by a bloke? you'd think it revolting, despite the quality ingredients that had in all probability gone into the making of it; fresh organic vegetables perhaps, a cod mornay, maybe a steak from Marks, all most unlike the mechanically removed tripe that goes into dog food.

if a dog owner gets caught letting their dog ease one out without then clearing the mess up, he/she should have his/her face rubbed in it. and the dog should be shot. and there should be a £1000 fine.

life is filled with too many dangers already, what with terrorism and extremists etc, let's tackle this one once and for all.

you're quite right, dog s**t on the ground is disgusting.
other disgusting things are trannies in slingbacks cruising regents park after dark (no wonder you stood in 'some' dear. take a torch next time).

bitch

Sigh, Hyde Park's normally so refined

Thanks for bringing to mind, for me, the memory of a very nice day I had in Hyde Park. Wonderful conversation and beautiful weather sipping coffee on the terrace of that 70's style cafe. The fountains are really something.
