I thought degrees were gradually being replaced with radians? So it's really out of date before its even started.

Also, how long would it remain New Earth Time? Would it change to Old Earth Time or would it just be Earth Time?

I doubt time would work so well in radians. But a clock with pi on it might be cool.

I'm pretty sure it's possible to add javascript to a blogspot page. Most counters, for instance.

It is almost certainly possible to add a JavaScript NET clock to your page. Just paste it in as you would HTML.
