I feel your pain. Having previously been pretty good at retail therapy (well, I'm gay, and I'm convinced that it comes with the territory), in recent months my skills have diminished sharply. So what I don't understand, then, is how come I STILL seem to have almost no money left at the end of the month ...

I've been doing a spell for a while to try to help him.
DG's not a great believer in my spells, it does have to be said.
However I now note that it has resulted in the purchase of a blue cushion. Excellent

Rickster's idea sounds pretty cool, actually. Better than buying loads of stuff you're not sure you want just for the sake of buying something. Stuff is clutter by another name.
