At least no-one can say that you should get out more.
I'd be more impressed if you'd only travelled part of the Dangleway.
Every night bus. That takes some doing!
Tenner? You can “do” the Hayes-Heathrow bit for around £4 (with gold card discount) - around the same as one dangleflight.
Dangleway - Boris will be proud of you.
Have you blogged about your night bus adventures? Apologies if I missed it/them
Blimey! I was seriously impressed at just the tube lines, but my mouth dropped open at the rest as well!

And then to read ALL the buses too! Truly gobsmacked!

Is this the year your annual travelcard ends or something?
Shall we crowd fund DG so he can complete the odyssey without dipping into his wallet?
Well done. Pity you did not manage the Heathrow link.
The only time I have been through that tunnel was when the Piccadilly line was closed and tube tickets could be used on the link.
Got to be more than one DG to be able to do all this and other stuff and write the blogs and sleep and eat......
How many Santander bike docks could you use in 2019?

Boats too, if they aren't considered overpriced.
I travelled the TfL Heathrow link shortly after the takeover from the previous regime, which DID charge extra. Ah, the joys of a Freedom Pass,
Travelling each bus route is quite some feat considering that, judging by these cuts, there don't seem to be any left.
Well done. But your text is slightly misleading. It could be read as if you have visited not only every tube station but also every bus stop. Not just one per bus route.
Astonishing. Many thanks for the entertainment and education all those travels have provided us.
@MK

Surely at least two bus stops per route!
Surely the TFL Rail link to Heathrow is now in zone 6?
...maybe one year you could meet-up with one of your readers per week? now that be challenge!
Sir Bilton. Yes, Heathrow is zone 6, but the ride from H&H requires a premium fare. That will continue to be true when Crossrail / Liz Line finally gets there.
DG. That's one impressive catalogue of journeys!
@ Island Dweller

There is a premium fare on PAYG, but Travelcards covering Zone 6 are allowed, and PAYG fares are capped accordingly.

It's only 28th.
I suspect we're being teased and that DG will complete the Hayes-Heathrow before year end.
And so is solved the mystery of what you were doing on a night bus in Ealing on December 2nd (yesterday's blog)
I had been wondering over the last couple of days whether you'd be able to cram in another form of transport before the year was out. Namely the all new Woolwich Ferry.

I'd been looking for a re-opening date, myself, and with most of the websites giving information about it still saying "Closed Oct 18 to late Dec 18" it seemed just about plausible that tomorrow (Monday 31st) could've been the last day left to meet that target.

It is not to be. I went there today and the latest signage is now saying "re-opens early January" ... though - being a Sunday - there was no-one around to ask for anything more specific. It looks like it'll be soon, but it won't be in this year.
This could be your chance to complete TfL Rail:

"Travel on TfL public transport will be free from 23:45 on New Year's Eve until 04:30 on New Year's Day." https://tfl.gov.uk/status-updates/major-works-and-events/new-year-s-eve-2018
