Not quite the same with the 24-hour clock, is it?

Google seems to think Underground History is a malware site!

That's strange, the link was fine yesterday, but today my browser warns me not to visit it.

I think it would be fun to see how you would handle a "totally rail-ular" or "totally bus-tular" week.

Not quite the same format, but I've done three bus weeks before...
Cube Routes (December 2003)
Square Routes (December 2004)
Prime Movers (December 2005)

Maybe something to revisit?

On the subject of closed down stations, my tickets for the Aldwych tour have arrived.

They feature a "departing at.." line for the time your tour is booked for! It's very cute and I like this level of geekiness.

Thank you so much for telling us all about those tours, the synchronicity of me being in London that week makes it perfect, and I've been gutted if I'd found out about it after the event :)

One of the best things about my birthday is that it corresponds with Tube week every year. Thanks for the great posts!

@ DG - ah I wasn't aware you'd done those bus weeks. Before I found your blog.

If you do do another bus week I think you'll need a different method for selecting your routes for the DG treatment.

Another very enjoyable and educational week. Long may it continue.
