I have just read this teaser for the third time and now I finally understand it I find the words "life", "short" and "too" springing to mind.

No offence but I get paid for solving simpler problems.

Easy peasy... and I remember reading in the Evening Standard about someone actually travelling on this journey yonks back.

Start at Bond Street or Tottenham Court Road.

Get the Central Line (1) to Oxford Circus.

Change and take the Victoria line (2) to Green Park.

Change and take the Picadilly line (3) to Picadilly Circus.

Change and take the Bakerloo line (4) to Charing Cross.

Change and take the Northern line (5) to Embankment.

Change and take the Circle line (6) to Westminster.

Change and take the Jubilee line (7) to Waterloo.

Change and take the Waterloo and City line [8] to Bank.

Change and take the Docklands Light Railway (9) to Shadwell.

Change and take the East London line (10) to Whitechapel.

Change and take the District line (11) to Aldgate East.

Change and take the Hammersmith and City line (12) to Liverpool Street.

Change and take the Metropolitan line (13) to Moorgate.

You could, of course, do this in reverse. Obviously.

Thanks for doing this for us. Now I can actually do some work this morning!

I reckon we should persuade DG to travel this journey and blog about it.

Anthony - I suspect he won't need any encouragement. In fact, he's probably done it already

If it wasn't such a dull journey, I might be tempted.

It could be the prize for a DG quiz, couldn't it? You know, get to travel this journey with DG and his oystercard (who thought up that name and why? Certainly not a pearl in my eyes...)
