Ah, bring back the Daleks, my kids'll be well chuffed.

I see they're closing the long-running Dr Who exhibition down the road from me at Longleat. Brilliant timing, eh?

plenty of time to make a hidey hole behind the sofa then.

I need to know what the name of the story with John Pertwee and the giant maggots that lived down a mine and squirted green poison goo at peope was called so that I can put it on my Xmas list for BW. or am i confusing it with Tony the Maggot's vomit inducing speech yesterday?

As the holder of the title "Dr Who Anorak of the year" awarded to me by Clive Bull on his LBC phone in show in 1998, I can answer the above question. It was The Green Death.

...or click on the word 'maggot' in the text.

If the new Who is going to be produced by BBC Wales, does this mean the new Doc is going to be Welsh? Or maybe it'll be in the Welsh language?

And, for the record, I'd watch a reality show about Daleks any day.

Brilliant piece.
Absolutely bloody brilliant.

It seems that the BBC is already experimenting with Dr Who-like technology on their current Academy programme in that is seems much bigger and more significant to those inside than it does to the casual observer from the outside.

Rumours also pervade that once the Hutton Enquiry is over the Beeb will be launching a new political based reality TV show called Blame Academy.

please click on maggot and place suitable birthday pressie order (its only a few days away after all)

Definitely an acquired taste. My husband is a 33 year old child from NZ. The one show he will commandeer the Sky remote for is Dr. Who. Oh, wait, I lie, the Thunderbirds runs a close second. (Although I have to admit the Tardis is a nifty little item to have.)
