OK so define bedtime. is it the point at which you switch off the light and snuggle down to your personal dreamworld or is it the point at which you go to bed to watch BB on TV and then the first 5 minutes of Graham Norton to see if he has any witty or scathing comments to make before switching off at 10:35, when he does his stupid guest introduction sketch? |

I'm guessing that switch-off-the-light time comes so soon after switch-on-Graham time that the difference would be insignificant in your case. However, good point. I may assume for statistical purposes (perhaps dangerously) that bedtime is switch-off-the-light time. |
