A couple of other interesting sites that do similar things to what you've mentioned are Blogstreet (the Java based Visual Neighborhood is worth looking at but useless as far as I can tell) and Blogdex.

I always think that Blogstreet is the most accurate of these. There's also blogdex.net (the "track this site"), but that seems to have fallen from favour somewhat (it was all the rage in 2001 though...)
