My method is to ignore the claptrap that has been written about the artwork. Easier said than done, I admit, because you find your eyes straying to the written word. But if you interpret the object for yourself it's much more satisfying.
And I'm glad to hear that DG has the "right" chairs :) |

Well it sort of sounds a bit like pretentious bollocks to me too. But I don't usually say so. Because I know very well that some of my interests are just totally not-understood by some people. But most of those non-understanders are quite polite about the said interests, and speak as if they appreciate that we are all different, and we all like different things.

The installation includes a (locked) portaloo for the security guard, or more likely for the mayor. In the corner of Museum Gardens is a derelict public inconvenience, locked for at least the last 30 years. Perhaps we could now have a competition for a Pee Pavilion, to provide an even more inspirational space.
