"It's only five or so miles"...that quite some walking distance for some. Count your lucky stars that you can manage it...I for one trying to extend my walking range. Managed do a one-way trip of 3 miles this "Walk to Work Week". Took me 45 minutes...don't know if that good or not so good?!

"canoodling" now there's a word I not seen for, oh, ages! Reminds me of the 'No Petting' signs in swimming pools when I was a wee boy. I had to look it up because didn't understand what it meant ;)
