Looking forward to the ceremony tonight (hope the rain holds off or your prediction for a wet opening ceremony from 2005 will come true after all DG!).

And then looking forward to going along tomorrow to check out the wheelchair basketball, goalball and next week the stadium and the aquatics centre - can't wait!
It feels a bit like Boxing Day after Christmas. I'm looking forward to it though and I'm sure I'll be glued to the screen.
Aren't the nations teams tiny in comparison.
What? You mean that they're all under 5 foot? Er, isn't it to do with the proportion of population who are eligible to participate?
Who needs TV? I've got all the coverage I need - BBC's live text commentary and DG's tweets :)
The Paralympic Torch Relay (I saw it on Holborn Viaduct) was a refreshing change after the Olympic one (which I saw twice, in Deptford and Ludgate Hill).

The Olympic Relay had loads of police on motorbikes, many minibuses and coaches, 3 ridiculous sponsor vehicles, a TV truck and a further swarm of police before you caught a brief glimpse of the flame. The Paralympic Relay had two police on bikes, one minibus and then you get straight to the group of 5 torch bearers. Much better.

Very glad of the online torch relay tracker on the London 2012 website, given that it was over 2 hours late, so I knew when to head out to see it!
