Have you had your tattoo done yet DG?
I want a Tottenham Court Road is closed T-Shirt!
I want my money back! The Victoria Line Stations Now On The Overground mug you sold me has got a perspective fault!
I do think this perfectly illustrates the problem with the FOI Act. It was intended to prevent organisations hiding information such as the number of avoidable deaths in hospital or money wasted on a vanity project, not (and I write as one myself) to let transport geeks indulge their fantasies.
Andrew S. It wouldn't have been the first law to be used in a way which parliament probably did not intend.

But, even if no lives have been saved, what harm has been done? The home-made T-shirts would have always been possible; you could draw a line diagram with old-fashioned crayons (or with a computer program). This FoI request has just saved someone the effort, at almost no cost to anyone. Information wants to be free.
Yay! Thanks, DG! Almost worth going back to work for ... but I think I'll get some new printer cartridges instead.

And, what Malcolm said.
Remind me to have a go at extracting the fonts in the morning. TfL may have released more than they realised :)
Er, no actually. Doesn't float my boat, but each to their own I suppose
Fab. I've just ordered this:

@Dave Skinner - The fonts are easily accessible now they embedded in the TfL homepage. Just search the source code for some TTFs!
Wow - the font includes W European accented characters, and the German umlauts are the same diamond shape as the dot on the "i".
