During peak hours there are direct Bank branch Northern Line trains to Mill Hill East, so it should not be excluded from the Northern Line count.

Between 5pm and 8pm yes there are, on both branches. So I've added one to the totals for King's Cross, Embankment and Moorgate.

Have you counted H&C stations west of Paddington as "Circle." If not, they need to be added, BUT:
