I ended up coming unstuck at Brent, where I was forced to either leave Kensington out or omit three boroughs. I reckon there's a mathematical way to prove it's impossible, but you'll need to give me a few minutes to properly wake up...

Sutton and Enfield only connect to one borough so you have to start and end the (or miss one out). The corners only connect to two boroughs so you have to go through them. The rest all have three or four connections. Kingston is a problem, but you can get out and miss out Richmond instead. And the third...? Ah, I think I just found a route missing out Walthamstow.

Richmond or Kensington seem to me to be the obvious ones to skip, if you start with Enfield and end in Sutton

Ah, bugger, I was confusing Kng with Kns. When I said "Kingston is a problem" I meant "Kensington is a problem"... but you can go to Kensington if you miss out Richmond instead.
