Earl's Court → Edgware Road should read High St Ken → Edgware Road, I think.

I agree with Ian, the Earl's Court -> Edgware Road frequency makes no sense. Only Wimbledon -> Edgware Road trains run between Earl's Court and Edgware Road, and you've said elsewhere that there will be 6 tph on this route...

Ah, that's another spell come to fruition. The fewer/less one

How do you get half a train per hour?

High St Ken - Olympia is down from 4/hr to 3/hr off-peak, so arguably falls into the looser bracket for most of the day.

Love the chart on Page 9 of the Circle line link

Don't forget the biggest losers, though - anyone who wants to go from liverpool street to say, Bayswater, without 6 extra stops in between. Now we have to change at Edgeware.

Or get the Central to Queensway and walk for a couple of minutes

I've now tweaked the High St Kensington → Edgware Road bit. Downwards.

East of Whitechapel also gets a far more predictable H&C service with trains every ten minutes alternating between Barking and Plaistow. The current service pattern is completely random with huge gaps.
