There are free toilets at the Royal Academy in Piccadilly. They've recently moved them to a newly refurbished part of the building and very good they are. Keep on the ground floor to the right of the main staircase.

The new (men's) toilets at the RA could do with a second door - at the moment they are good for exhibitionists. There are also free toilets at the Serpentine Gallery - no security checks but allow extra five minutes for trying to figure out how to make the tap/dryer combo work.

I used to use the ones at Westminster Cathedral from time to time, after a long coach journey, until the ones at Victoria station became free.

Primark Tottenham Court Road has public toilets for men and women on the first floor near the womens shoes. Not one hundred percent sure if there are disabled loos but i would imagine so as the rest of the store is completely accessible.

Sothebys in Bond Street has a very stylish, Art Deco set of loos. Just walk in to the lobby, grab a catalogue and walk through to the restaurant and turn sharp left down the stairs
