Definitely moved from a 8 to about a 4 in recent weeks
I've never been at a fixed point on your scale, varying my behaviour from 10 to 3 depending on location and circumstance. I've certainly made the cats-bum face on occasion.
I was steadily moving down the scale and probably down to about 4, but now the case numbers in my part of NE London are shooting up again, I’m back up to 7-8.
With a Clinically Extremely Vulnerable husband, I was at 10 for a very very long time. Now I try to be 7 or 8, but it is not always possible

A walk to the local Co-op for a few groceries still feels like a special treat. Coffee with a friend in John Lewis's cafe is winning the Lottery.
On a purely personal perspective 2-3, but I try to respect others, while asking them, gently, whether their changed behaviour reflects the factual situation.
At the height of the pandemic I was probably around 4 , definitely right down at 0 now.
I am a 1. Careful enough to wash my hands and improve my immune system (something that lockdown will not help). I have been constantly 1 throughout the pandemic.
Somewhere around 7-8

Still avoiding going into places I don't have to be in. Sitting outside for a pint or food. Making a bit more use of public transport than I'm entirely happy with - I wait for empty trains.
I was a nine but am now around seven. Still very careful on public transport and can't believe how lax people are about mask wearing. On the other hand no longer worried about walking past people in the street.
In the last two months I've gone from a 8 to a 2. This is because the rules have been getting less rigid, and some rules abandoned. Next week the facemask is only to be used on public transport. The advice to work from home is being downgraded, schools are back, and the number of new cases dropping.
This and that the vaccination program really got into it's stride. The weather has also played a big role, the last two weeks of real summer weather. Here the feeling of the majority is that we have turned the corner.
After double vaccination I'm about 1 or 2 now but I'm very happy to follow the rules to help other people.
About a 4 or 5 I guess, from my behaviour.
Probably a 7-8.
Still avoiding shops pubs & restaurants, and hardly see anyone outside of those I live with - but those were true before the pandemic too!

Am using the bus to get to different places to be alone in, but feeling very uncomfortable with the level of 0-1s on board!
An 8. We have stopped disinfecting the groceries and I take my mask off in the office, while walking or eating in a cafe but still wear one shopping and on public transport.
I am one of the slender minority who actually find Lock Down therapeutic.
I am relishing the current return to a situation where one does not have to communicate at all with persons beyond one's close family.
Probably a 4. I thought I was lower but recently I was in a small room in a pub that was initially empty but started getting fuller. A man sat near us and although the required 1m away (1m+ is allowed in hospitality) I started feeling distinctly uncomfortable. Especially as rates in my bit of Greater Manchester were beginning to climb at that point.

I've been double dosed so will be well protected but it's going to take longer I think.
9 or 10. After I get my 2nd jab, that will lower. But it'll be a long time before I'm a 0 or 1.
I'm a 9 but happy to accept & respect other people's 2 behaviour. 9 not out of conviction, necessity or abundance of caution, I simply find not leaving home utterly convenient & enjoyable.
Confirming there's a continuum, that's...

0 1 1½ 2 2½ 4 4 4½ 6 7 7½ 7½ 7½ 7½ 8 9 9½
I would say 7 or 8 down from 9 about a month ago.
3
About a 1 right now, probably peaked at about 4 at the heart of the winter peak.
That's an 11 point scale btw. Just saying.
