You should be cautious about question 5 - people in general are not very good at remembering long ago dates with no particular reference point. In my case, I an confident that one of the first three options is right, but not at all confident which one, and I am pretty sure I won't be the only one.
The answers to some of your questions are not mutually exclusive. Though in #3 one can assume that you're asking for the most specific answer, there's no obvious way of resolving the ambiguities in #6: here you mix hardware and software in such a way that most people won't be able to give a meaningful answer. For example, I use a browser-based RSS reader on my desktop machine to read Diamond Geezer: do I select "web browser" or "RSS feed/reader"? If my friend uses the web browser on her tablet, what should she select, "web browser" or "tablet"? If my cousin uses an RSS reader on his smartphone, which option does he select?
Question 5 was easy enough, I found. I just looked at the date on the entry for DG in my 'Favourites'.
I think: web browser is the answer when a desktop or laptop computer is used with the generic blogspot address in a browser.
If the same address is used on a phone or tablet in the normal browser, then the answer is smartphone or tablet respectively.
If, on any device, an RSS reader is used, then this is the best answer.

(I wasn't sure about No 5 either. It might have been 2007 or 2008.)
.. forget the technical mumbo jumbo.. where was the question that says

'I would like MORE KITTENS' Yes or Yes?'
I didn't answer q5 as I couldn't remember - it was a long time ago. Also I clicked web browser as how I read, but that's only when I'm in work for the day. If I'm not in work, I will read on my tablet
I'm glad you gave a range of dates for q.5 as a 3 year span is about the best I'm going to be able to remember now.
I guess as the blog moves on the span will increase to include decades, in which case I'll have no problem! :D

Bit upset to see I've moved into the next age bracket since last time!
Too true Antipodean!
it is not easy to read on a smartphone, otherwise i would view daily from there rather than occasionally via web
I echo the 'RSS reader on a smartphone' dilemma. I plumped for RSS reader.
ah...it's survey time.

could save alot of time with just a 'overview':

most readers will be male, over 30, living in London/England.
One of only 10 under 20s. I feel young.
Still here, still loving it, cheers DG
@ James

...enjoy it while you can!

i question myself at times: would i swap wisdom for youth? mmmm...
I am with Antipodean, a 'more kittens' votey thing.

And more kittens, obviously.
I read the site daily on my iPhone. I agree it's not the easiest layout and I would welcome a redesign but I appreciate you're not a commercial operation. You're doing this in your own time with your own money and for that I am grateful.
I've been living in London for the last 5 years. And have been using DG as a guide for the past 2 to 3.
I've followed the trail by bus East to West across London and to Deal.
So Long may you continue to write.
