Don't like "Lea Valley", as that is the traditional name for the line through Ponders End, which is not one of the three.
Chingford Line seem to fit for that branch - and as the Southbury loop is in the borough of Enfield both western branches can be called the Enfield Line
The Chingford branch does depart from the rest, it could be the Walford Line for WALthamstow and ChingFORD, plus the obvious nod to Eastenders, although it doesn't serve Hackney.

The other one could be the Lea Valley Loop, historically this was part of the 'Jazz train' service (as was the Chingford branch), so perhaps the Jazz Line.
My first thought is: name the Chingford branch after Norman Tebbit. Not just his old constituency but his spiritual home. But nah, instead let's make the most of that place's best feature and call it the Forest Line. Not sure about the other two bits.
Two possibilties for this group of lines.. OL5, OL6 & OL7, or OL51, OL52, OL53
An historic name for the Enfield and Chingford lines was "Jazz".

The 'one' line out of Liverpool Street would be better as two, one to Chingford and one via Edmonton, as they only have three stations in common (and it'd solve the 'dagger' issue at Cambridge Heath and London Fields).
The Lea is the major geographic feature of the line(s) and Hackney Downs is here it splits, so how about the Downlea Line? But agree that splitting the Chingford branch from the Enfield/Cheshunt branch would be a good idea, in which case the former could possibly be the William Morris Line, given his connection with the area.
If you want clever abbreviations for things, LEa VallEy LineS to make the LEVELS? (I'm kidding I know that's a silly idea)

This aside, Enfield/Chingford lines isn't a bad idea. Hackney line could work as well.
I live in Chingford, the bit of it down by the reservoirs. But the Lea Valley is 'over the other side', ie where the river and Lea Valley lines run. My preference would be Chingford Line: it says simply where it is going. Not keen on William Morris Line: confusion with all the other places he lived. Sorry I can't add to the clever/witty proposals, I enjoyed reading them. And just for Dominic, some of us never supported the Chingford Skinhead, nor his successor. An unfortunate legacy if you live here.
The Chingford Line is often nicknamed (just a little bit tongue in cheek) the Marsh Flyer.
