St Mary's Church, by Putney Bridge, where the Putney Debates, on a new constitution for Britain, took place in 1647. There's a small display that explains the history. The tower is original.

If we're doing churches, then St Anne's Wandsworth is notable. Grade II*, by Robert Smirke (of British Museum renown).

There's a Wandsworth Museum, though I must admit I've still yet to go.
