Kingston Parish Church has some interesting displays on the Anglo-Saxon history of the town, and is open rather more often than the museum!
why haven't you done a blog post for Chessington World of Adventures ... don't tell me you haven't been there yet !!

Chessington is a bit tame, even for under 10s. Thorpe Park is better for rides, and London Zoo or Whipsnade is better for animals.
