Thanks for the tip-off about the booklet, DG. I wouldn't have known about it otherwise. I got mine at Westminster, the second station I tried - there weren't any at St James's Park. Which is A Good Thing, because otherwise I'd probably be visiting different stations for weeks trying to find one.
