This list made me nearly feel some sense of patriotism...but then I remembered David Cameron's ascendency and felt ill.
Can we add (for the women) Oxford St Topshop - simply a magnificent adventure and The National Theatre.
Also I second The Tricycle - Kilburn is not that scary a place people I promise.

I am an East End Girl myself (Stratford)I must confess, London doesn't hold that fascination for me anymore. But reading the things you love. suddenly made me go. YER!!! I only live here Monday to Fridays' now.
