I recently did a pushbike ride along the Lee Valley Walk, from Bow up as far as Broxbourne. Seeing this (there were sports going on the day I went past) was definitely one of the highlights of the day.

I ran past this a couple of months ago (I'm running the Lea Valley in stages - I think that's what first lead me to your lovely blog), and I have to say it looked nice and shiny from the towpath.
