Lots of nice charts in there. That makes it easy to skim through and get a lot of information. I still wish the Northern Line's signalling upgrade was a bit nearer in the future.  It seems to be the #1 problem on that line. The other thing I noticed was that Tufnell Park's refurbishment was listed at 12 weeks late. When I went through there 2 or 3 weeks ago, it *still* looked like there were some finishing touches needed. |

But are there penalty clauses in there? Or can TfL only manage penalty charge notices? |
And for goodness sake put up some blue conker pics, keep both drD and me happy...  |

Taking photographs in (or around) tube stations is not to be recommended in the current climate, sorry. |

Well no one's surprised, are they? We all saw this coming way before they even started and yet it still all went ahead. I seriously expect there to be some corruption involved somewhere along the line, backhanders etc. to ensure big fat contracts were secured in order to pay vast amounts of money to shareholders and executives, but with absolutely sod-all benefit to anyone else, least of all people using the tube. ...er, rant over. Sorry. |

BW - there are plenty of penalty clauses in there (TfL call them 'abatements', as opposed to 'bonuses'). Many tube projects are suffering very large abatements at the moment, but overall the Infracos are still making money. |
