Couldn't agree more DG - that Street reveals some interesting changes as you walk along it. I "discovered" it from the St Martin's Le Grande end - walking towards Smithfield. And it was only really because I was regular visitor to Postman's Park this summer. Aha - I see you are covering this little jewel tomorrow!

Hmmm... I couldn't help feeling that some of the jokes in Series 2 were starting to be stretched a little thin... but then again, there was still plenty of pure Comedy Gold. "Computer says no" was a particular favourite... as was the sketch with Dafydd at the village fete. You know, the one with THAT punchline from the sweet little old lady.

I love Postman's Park. It's one of those fantastic little secret parks.

"Bitty"

I work around the corner from Little Britain and noticed it a few weeks ago. I must admit, it looked like a fairly harmless street leading up to St Bart's (harmless apart from the various scary sounding hospital departments on it), but clearly I only saw part. I shall have to investigate.

Thanks Katherine, and DG. I was racking my brain trying to remember where I'd come accross this place before. Now it all comes flooding back, my student days, friend starts in St Barts, get invited to the nurses home!! oh, what memories Cheers!

Smithfield, "it's well worth a butchers."

Scores 8 on the pun-o-meter.

Is "Little Britain" the same as "Petty France"? Could "Petty" be a corruption of "petit(e)"? Totally agree with your comments regarding the series. I expect "My Life In Film" to transfer from BBC3 soon. Glad to see that the BBC are sticking with "Monkey Dust" for a second series too. This will become a classic!

I wanted to say "Eh Eh Ehhhhh" but instead thought you'd like to know of another genuine Little Britain in Uxbridge, which is a park with a couple of lakes and the River's Colne and Frays running through, plus a leg of the Grand Union canal. Crap fishing , but a lovely walk. GJ

How would I learn new stuff without this blog? It's like sooo educational, I mean, compared to that stuff wot Charmaine reads... if she can, coz, like, Danielle says that she can't coz she never stayed at school long enough as she was too busy gettin' herself up the duff. It's like yer, but no, but... see I can read, despite wot Chantelle says. The interweb's great, innit?

Computer says no!
