Rats! I was going to say that. So the big question is, 'have those people who write all that computer stuff really looked that far ahead or will the next Millenium Bug come sooner than we think'?

I don't think anyone's yet decided which future year will be chosen to lose a February 29th, but Y4K is probably the front contender.

Yes that is the leading contender... years divisible by 4000 are not a leap year... with that rule, the calendar is still off: instead of an extra day/3300 years, it's an extra day/16,666.67 years.

Every fourth 4000 year span will have to drop an extra leap day. My guess is, years divisible by 10,000 will also not be a leap year.
